Hi Nate!
Your recent story about “The Nutcracker and the Four Realms” discusses the importance of representation and diversity. Brad Barber, a film director at Brigham Young University, who was named one of Variety’s 10 Documenters to Watch in 2015, is in the process of making 50 short documentaries telling the lives of 50 diverse Americans from each state in the U.S.
Would you be interested in getting an exclusive look at the films before they’re released?
In these mini documentaries, you’ll experience America through the eyes of many Americans. For example, you’ll learn why Daniel gave up his family, medical school and friends to live secluded in a cave in Utah.
With just 15 of the documentaries finished so far, this is an ongoing project that will continue to be of importance to the film industry. Barber’s series of documentaries is designed to provide ways to understand different types of Americans across the country.
Thanks,
Megan
